How we work
The work begins with user research and the definition of user flows. Situations where users repeatedly get stuck are examined, and the intended experience is made visible before development starts. Prototyping and usability testing are used during this stage. The process focuses on preparing screens that can be tested with real users and incorporating the resulting findings into the design work.
The next stage establishes a structure built from Figma designs, design tokens and components. The component library is supported with Storybook, and design tokens are defined so they map one-to-one to code. Accessibility checks are carried out against WCAG 2.1 AA. The UI/UX design engagement takes 4–8 weeks and is delivered by a two-person team.
