Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the website and client portal. Commercial terms for services are set out in the proposal and contract issued for each project.

All software projects developed by Paradigma7 are developed from project start in a private GitHub repository under Paradigma7's control. Source code, version history and the development process are managed through Git/GitHub. According to the delivery terms, the client is granted repository access and/or a handover of the completed source code.
