Questions we hear often

Before you ask

Other questions? Write to us
Who owns the source code?

During the project the code lives in a private GitHub repository under Paradigma7's control. Once the final payment is made, all rights to source code, designs and documents transfer to you; repository access or a full handover is written into the contract.

How do payments work?

After the contract is approved you pay by card from your client portal (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY). Payments use international security standards (3D Secure); we never store your card details. Your invoice is checked after payment and appears in your portal.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, Vienna region. We work to GDPR standards; you can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope; most web and mobile projects take 10 to 16 weeks. The proposal includes a week-by-week plan and a delivery date, and you see progress in your portal every week.

Is there support after launch?

Yes. A 12-month bug-fix warranty from delivery. Standard support runs during working hours; for large projects a dedicated 24-hour support package is offered separately. The annual maintenance agreement is a separate service and does not by itself mean 24-hour support.

Which languages do you work in?

Turkish, English, German, Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish. Proposals, contracts, the portal and emails come in the language you choose.

Start with two fields.
