BiFatura is a finance and invoicing operations center that brings a business's invoices, accounts receivable/payable, collections, expenses and cash flow together in a single local workspace instead of scattered spreadsheets and separate applications. While e-Invoice/e-Archive documents can be sent through Bimasraf and Nilvera and officially transmitted to GİB, current account cards, contracts, renewals, collection/payment records, bank-cash ledger, receipts and VAT reports all proceed in a single flow on the same screen. Documents from different sources (Bimasraf, Nilvera, local draft) are automatically deduplicated and consolidated into a single invoice list; recurring invoice and collection plans are automatically derived from contracts.

The product's standout feature is the Telegram bot that operates alongside the panel. Without opening the accounting screen, users can initiate expense, income, collection, transfer and invoice records by writing messages such as "I bought 450 TL of fuel yesterday" or "Issue an invoice for Ahmet," as if chatting; the bot identifies the account, amount and date itself and asks questions for confirmation. When a photo of a cash register receipt is sent, the seller name, VKN, Z no, EKÜ no, receipt no and VAT breakdown are automatically read with artificial intelligence and converted into an expense draft. The "Smart box" assistant available on every screen of the panel also shares the same chat engine; it provides answers to questions about balances, overdue receivables or monthly VAT based only on actual records, and does not invent a number or name for information that is not present in the available data.

No output generated by artificial intelligence is written directly to the ledger: an expense, income, collection, transfer or invoice suggestion first enters the approval queue and is finalized only when the user says "Approve." The system also independently detects and alerts users to expenses that deviate abnormally from historical patterns by category and account, as well as possible duplicate records, and at the end of the month produces a verified short "monthly summary" narrative from sales, expense, VAT and collection figures. The reporting module, covering budget and variance, accounts receivable aging, cash projection and account reconciliation, together with the monthly VAT ledger that distinguishes withholding, exemption and refund, completes the business's financial visibility.

BiFatura provides core security layers including Argon2id password hashing, server-side session management, AES-256-GCM encrypted storage of settings, security headers and CSRF/origin protection. Invited user management with three roles, owner, accountant and staff, is available. The product comes with a demo mode that can be tried without touching real data and is automatically reset every few hours; it runs on Docker-based deployment and a PostgreSQL database.
