How does a software project move from idea to turnkey delivery at Paradigma7?

Based at Ankara Next Level with 17 years of experience, we explain how a software project at Paradigma7 moves from needs analysis to turnkey delivery and beyond.

Trust in a software project isn't built on the technology used alone. It comes from understanding what's being built, what stage it's at, and what will be delivered at the end. At Paradigma7 we build our way of working on that clarity.

01We understand your business and scope together

From our headquarters at Ankara Next Level, we serve clients across 7 continents in 7 languages. We combine 17 years of experience with needs analysis, working together to define users, workflows, and the goal of the first release. Clarifying the delivery scope and acceptance criteria from the start makes decision-making easier as the project progresses. You can learn more about our team and approach on our About page, and see what we offer on our Services page.

02Development and testing are part of the same plan

Our large team of developers, spread across different regions of the world, lets us run specialized work in parallel and meaningfully shorten delivery timelines. We covered this way of working in detail in our global team article. Our professional testing team supports the quality side of the work. We use AI as a supporting tool in analysis, development, and quality work; responsibility for technical decisions and the delivered work stays with our team. The schedule is set by weighing scope and dependencies — acceptance checks are never dropped for the sake of speed.

03We separate hosting from the installation option

Our hosting infrastructure is in Vienna. Alongside that, we can also deliver the software installed and running on a server that meets the technical requirements and that the customer specifies. The infrastructure to be used, third-party services, and operational responsibilities are all clearly defined within the project scope.

04We're just as clear about what comes after delivery

We deliver our solutions turnkey and provide a 12-month bug-fix warranty from delivery. Requests for new features or expanded scope are evaluated separately. That way, fixing a bug in existing functionality never gets mixed up with developing a new product idea. You can find what belongs in a delivery package in our turnkey software guide.

Standard support is provided during working hours; a separate 24-hour support package is available for large projects. An annual maintenance agreement is also a separate service. We explained these distinctions in our support packages article.

05Useful to prepare before your first conversation

  • The business problem you want to solve and how it works today
  • The people and role groups who will use the software
  • Any existing systems, data, and external services to connect to
  • Your hosting preference: our Vienna infrastructure or your own suitable server
  • The support arrangement you expect after delivery
  • Any external dates affecting your target timeline
